Bruschetta

6-8 medium tomatoes (cubed) 3 large cloves of garlic (chopped) 1-2 shallots (chopped finely) 1/2 cup basil (chopped) 1/4 cup olive oil 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar 1 loaf sourdough bread (sliced) 1. Combine all ingredients (except bread) and stir. 2. Spoon tomato mixture onto the sliced bread and serve.
